Are you a small company, partnership or sole trader and don't have your own PC support department of your own, then we can help as we can provide an outsourced it support technical department for all your needs as if you had your own. Typically, the areas we provide IT support cover are:-  Manchester, Liverpool, St. Helens, Warrington, Wigan, Leigh, Bolton, Runcorn and Widnes.  We will however travel a little further upon request.....

Do you have a computer, printer or server that is faulty or needs upgrading? And would you like us to come and repair or upgrade it? We specialise in most types of computers and can either repair at our premises or on site. We charge by the hour for PC support work (hourly rates) when you sign up to our monthly maintenance support plan.  Parts can be supplied at trade plus a small mark up to cover postage or collection, or if you already have the parts, or prefer to order them direct yourself, we will fit them for you.

Do you supply to your clients?  Then using our remote control PC support help desk service, we can provide IT support to your clients as well as providing IT support to you.  You must be on our monthly maintenance plan for this service.

If you have an computer that we cannot immediately repair, we have courtesy laptops for regular clients just let us know your needs and we will do the rest.  Again, you must be on our monthly maintenance plan for this service.
