Remove Users [not MyServer Lite]

Please note: This section is not applicable to the single user version of MyServer Lite. If you are a MyServer Lite customer, please see upgrading to MyServer (multi user version).

This is merely a case of emailing Support@MarkAndrewSmith.com and letting us know who is no longer a user. We will need to know:-

Old username

Please note: For security, we will delete their user ID and data. Please note: it is your responsibility to move this data first as we will delete their private user space as part of our security procedures.
