Granting users permissions to data areas [not MyServer Lite]

Please note: This section is not applicable to the single user version of MyServer Lite.  If you are a MyServer Lite customer, please see upgrading to MyServer (multi user version).

A data area is defined is one that has a drive letter assigned to it, ie the S: drive or the W: drive.

To grant or revoke a user to an area, we need to add in or take away that user from that user group.  This can only be done by us.  Please email support with the following information:-

• Users usernames
• Data area (either UNC, drive letter, or clone from another username)
• Grant/Revoke

We aim to make these changes as soon as possible, but these requests may take a little longer than normal whilst we configure.
