Username conventions and password advice

Usernames - All our MyServer usernames begin with 6 alpha characters. Your users usernames are appended. So for an example, Joe Bloggs Ltd will probably be "jblgsl" and the user martin will be "jblgslmartin". This username will be the same username for all of our systems, connectivity, email, webmail, etc., so that the user only has to remember a single username password combination.

Passwords - Each user is granted a unique username and strong password. Examples of passwords are:-

Weak Passwords	Risky Passwords	Good Strong Passwords

Please remember, while we are protecting your data for you, you can undo our hard work if you elect to use Weak or Risky passwords as it will only take a brute force attack on your password combinations for the hacker to gain access to your data. This is why we choose a username and good strong password combination like "jbldslmartin/aj98bf1q". At least the user has only that to remember for any of our services!
