Upgrading our server servicesYou can upgrade any of our services to a higher service. A new contract is issued at the point of the upgrade, crediting any balance left on the older contract against the new one. When we set up server services, we have quite some configuration work to carry out and so because of this we cannot allow any down gradings until after the 12month contract has expired or is up for renewal.MyServer Lite users may wish to upgrade to the multi user MyServer version by first requesting this in an email to Sales@MarkAndrewSmith.com and then adding your users (post migration) in the normal multi user MyServer manner. Contracts may be upgraded in the following (right) direction:-
