You can request any amount of support with us for your MyServer account.  Please simply send your request via email to Support@MarkAndrewSmith.com.  If your problem is an email problem, then please telephone us.  You may be asked to follow up your request by email later.

If you are struggling with anything, please ask, we can help or advise as we probably will have come across the problem before.
