Trading Partners [Not MyServer Lite]

Each MyServer company (Not MyServer Lite) can have a MyPartners trading account. Simply let us know who your trading partners are and we will set a link up. Please ask your trading partner for their shared MyServer username. It is six letters long. For example, ours is "masltd". Then send an email to Support@MarkAndrewSmith.com asking for a trading partners relationship between "abcdef" and "uvwxyz". We will set this up and both trading partners will receive an email message informing that the link is in place.

Once this link is in place, you will see a set of folders in your MyPartners folders. There will be "From" and "To" folders. And inside these folders there will be the usernames of your MyPartners trading partners.

For example:-

	\To
		\masltd

Simply save, write, copy your files into the sub folder of your trading partner. Our service will transfer the data for you and if configured send your trading partner an email to say that the file(s) have been successfully transferred.

Data files from your trading partners will arrive in the From data folders.
