Downloading and Installing the MyServer Connection Software

With MyServer, you actually don't need any software to connect. However, for must users, the manual alternative requires a sound understanding of network routing over VPN's and so for most users, a piece of software to automate the connection makes it simple and effective to use. Additionally, the connection software allows for automatic reconnections following a broadband or router failure at the users end.

Most of our clients are now using Windows XP, and so our software has been designed primarily to work for XP. It will additionally work with Windows 2000 but you need to perform a manual installation and make some minor changes to our setup files. Windows NT4 users should follow the Windows 2000 instructions but first make sure that they have Service Pack 6a installed.
