Removing data areasIt is our policy that we will not remove your data area if data is still in it should you ask for a data area to be deleted perhaps because it is redundant. It is your responsibility to remove, move or copy your data from the data area first. Once this data area is empty, please send an email to Support@MarkAndrewSmith.com and we will remove the data area, permissions and user logon script to that area.The reason for this policy of only removing empty areas ensures that we do not remove the wrong one! As it is irreversible! Please also note, that if you are closing your account with us, you must follow this procedure to ensure that you have all your data and perhaps do so in a short time frame so that you don't incur another months data charge. |
