Using Group Calendaring with MyServer

Using MyServer Group Calendaring is easy, when scheduling a meeting request, you can check a users availability by simply entering their full email address in the "Attendee availability column.  As soon as you tab to the next cell, the server will update the availability for that user.

When you send your meeting request, their computer will process the request and update their availability.  There can be a slight delay of a few minutes whilst this takes place.

Please note: That if they are sick or off on holiday, then their meeting requests will get processed when they next download and process their email.  Usually this is not too much of a problem unless a person is on long term sick.  In this case, please refer to your System Administrator for help.
