Setting Up Group Calendaring with MyServer

Within Outlook (not Outlook Express), go into Tools then Options then Calendaring. Within the Calendaring options, look for the "Resource Scheduling..." button. Set the following options:-

Automatically accept meeting requests and process cancellations
Automatically decline conflicting meeting requests

Click "OK".

Next within the "Free/Busy Options" section, click on the ""Free/Busy..." button, then within this screen set these following options:-

Publish "3" months of free/busy information on the server
Update free/busy information on the server every "1" minutes
Tick Publish my free/busy information
Publish at this URL: file://10.01.201/calendar/<domain-name>/<name>.vfb
Search at this URL: http://calendar.markandrewsmith.net/%SERVER%/%NAME%.vfb

Click "OK" three times.

Now to prime the system, find the menu item:-

"Tools" then "Send/Receive -> Free/Busy Information"
