Automated Data Backups

Each morning at 01:00 GMT we backup your MyServer folder data.  We keep three versions from the last three nights.  Should you accidentally delete a file, please send a request for a restore along with which version (last night, night before, etc.) to Support@MarkAndrewSmith.com and we will restore the file as soon as we can.

Please note, that if you are using our remote desktop facility, then any files stored on the desktop are outside our three version data backup strategy.  The desktop is only backed up once in case of server failure. 

Please move any files from your desktop into the MyServer data store to maintain our best computer use practice and give you the best options for data restoration.  You may wish to create a link to your data files/folders.
